This Privacy Policy describes how Double Squeeze Productions, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications, including Avoken and Axiomic (each, the "App"). By using an App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Our Privacy Commitment

Your data never leaves your device. Period.

The App is designed with a privacy-first approach. Workout history, training preferences, difficulty levels, and session results are stored locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not transmit this information to our servers.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Personal identifiers or profile information
• Precise location data
• Photos or camera images
• Contacts or social network data
• Health or medical data
• Browsing history or app usage analytics

The App does not require you to create an account. There is no login, no user profile, and no personal information required to use the App.

3. Subscription and Purchase Information

When you purchase a subscription through the App, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple's StoreKit and, where applicable, RevenueCat (our subscription management provider). We do not receive or store your payment card details — Apple handles all payment processing securely.

What Apple/RevenueCat may share with us:

• An anonymous, randomly generated install identifier (no name or email)
• Your subscription status (active, expired, in trial)
• The product ID and purchase date of your subscription

This information is used solely to determine whether your subscription is active and to restore purchases across reinstalls. It is not linked to any personal identity.

4. On-Device Data Storage

The following data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers:

• Workout completion history and session results
• Difficulty/intensity level progress for each workout
• Selected training focus areas and goals
• Audio, music, and voice guidance preferences
• Theme and display preferences
• Streak and session count statistics

This data remains on your device unless you explicitly delete it (see Section 6). If you uninstall the App, this data is permanently deleted.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and up and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Access and delete your data: Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control. You can:

• View your workout history within the App
• Delete all workout history via Settings
• Delete all on-device data by uninstalling the App

No data to request: Since we do not maintain servers with your personal data, there is no data for us to export or delete on your behalf. Your data is yours and lives only on your device.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple StoreKit / App Store: Processes in-app purchases and subscriptions. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: Subscription management backend (anonymous install ID only). Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are integrated into the App.

8. Data Security

Since your data is stored locally on your device, it benefits from the built-in security features of iOS, including device encryption and secure enclave technology. We do not transmit data over networks, eliminating the risk of data interception.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be included in the next App update. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the current version took effect. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

10. International Users

Because no personal data is transmitted off your device, the App inherently complies with international privacy regulations including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). There is no personal data for us to process, transfer, or retain.
